Are you a nutritionist?
Yes! As a certified nutritionist, I create meal plans structured around the micronutrients and macronutrients your body requires to thrive.
Does health coaching help with weight loss?
It often does! However, I can coach you even if weight loss isn’t your primary objective. From leveraging nutrition to fuel and heal your body to improving strength, flexibility, and range of motion, and taking a holistic approach to mental and emotional health.
What if I’m taking Ozempic, Semaglutide, or other weight loss medications?
Many of my clients take GLP-1 medications. Working with a nutritionist and fitness coach can accelerate your results and minimize your risk of the lean muscle mass loss that often accompanies rapid weight loss.
