Hey there, I’m Luana!

Helping my clients thrive in every area of life is my life’s passion! My coaching approach is holistic, incorporating sustainable lifestyle changes that address the physical, mental, and emotional factors that impact whole-body health. I’m a certified nutritionist, certified personal trainer, and life, health, and weight loss coach. My training enables me to create a personalized, effective, and transformative wellness journey.
