Corrective Exercise helps to correct the root causes of imbalances and faulty movement patterns that lead to issues with posture, balance, and total body coordination. Corrective Exercise helps to reduce the stress put on the body. Once the body is properly aligned through corrective exercises, it can better handle the load that everyday movement puts on it and avoid future injury.
With these strategies you will be able to move better, allowing your body to take part in a variety of activities and sports that you enjoy and otherwise may not have been able to do.
The Corrective Exercise Virtual Classes are led by coach Luana Elliott.
Luana Elliott is a NASM Corrective Exercises Specialist, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and a certified Health and Life coach.
After you complete your registration, it is necessary for you to download the file found in your order confirmation. In this file you will find instructions to access the LIVE class from the comfort of your home, gym, or office. The classes are streamed by zoom.us .
